general

  • Commissions are managed by a work list, keep in mind that the commission process may take a while depending on where you are located.

  • I feel free to refuse the job if the situation is uncomfortable or involves mistreatment (a full or partial refund is made depending on the progress of the work)

  • As the creator of the artistic work, the image credits are due to me.

use of artwork

  • You can use my artwork for personal use, merchandise for personal use, publishing the art on websites, streaming and more.

  • My artwork is not authorized for commercial use. If so, a percentage of sales will be charged.

  • The use of ai is not permitted in my work.

  • Don't remove signatures from of artwork.

this does not apply to customs, character designs, or redesigns.
what is prohibited is the commercial use of my illustrations.

payments

  • Payment is made in full after the first advance (doodle/sketch), payments in parts are not allowed, much less after the work is finished.

  • All prices and payments are in usd

  • Payments through paypal only.

DELIVERIES/FORMATS

  • Submission of work in png/jpeg format.

  • Submission includes versions: with background, without background, and transparent.

  • The file is not delivered.

refunds

  • Refunds are only allowed if the work has not been started or continued from the first progress.

  • If the work is halfway through, only half the price will be reimbursed, but it should be noted that the work already completed will not be delivered.
